Henri C. Chung

Ph.D Student

Henri is a Ph.D. student in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BCB). Henri's primary research interest is metagenomic profiling of the soil microbiome. His current project focuses on developing machine learning models to predict microbiome traits using novel functional prediction programs and natural language processing algorithms. Henri graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in computational biology from the University of Notre Dame.

Here, Henri presents a virtual workshop at the 2021 NAPPN Annual Conference on
"Nurturing Interdisciplinary Phenomics Research: A Student Perspective"
